The Christ is a natural and continual communion and celebration with the Light within. It is the power everyone has to focus on inner Light, the Light that Lights everyone who is born from John 9 of the bible. This mindset is the mindset of inner peace, the desire to focus only on the Light - the Christ - within. For those who desire union with God as goal-- the sustained peace of mind that surpasses understanding- the Christ Mind- it is essential to clear the desired experience to deny inner Light hidden deep in the subconscious mind. The ego keeps the sense of separation through relishing objective experiences of the world "cafeteria plan" of distractions from welcoming the Divine Light Within.
To survive the ego must make the Light, our natural state of peace and joy, seem fearful and impossible to experience. This is how the ego avoids spiritual awakening and enlightenment. We will look to see how the ego hides this desire to deny happiness deep in the subconscious mind and how to release the desire to relish experiences of denying inner Light.

Pain and pleasure are part of the dive into the dream bubble and lead to fear. If you experience fear /terror know that you have taken a dive into the dream bubble of denial of Light and that you have the all power to back right out of it!! Instead of fear, look to see that there is a desire for fear and thus something other than Light as experience and see that fear is a relished experience (by the ego)t! Once the subconscious desire for the experience of fear is released, there can be no fear!

Fear is one of the most the most pervasive means used by the ego to delay/deny Spiritual Awakening. This denial of truth is a form of self-torture. It is chosen experience yet we can cease to choose it. Jesus, the symbol of Divine Light within, tells us we have all the power needed to no longer accept this play of suffering in our holy mind. By looking directly at how much the ego relishes the experience of existential terror, fear and delusion, we see the truth, that the experience of terror is desired experience, and we can cease to desire the experience by changing our minds that it is a valuable experience-to admit it is no longer valuable to deny Love with this desire to deny heaven. If you fall into the "dream bubble" the entire experience is the desired experience of existential terror! Step back out of it!! Jesus, do I have the power to say no to this? Yes! See how much happiness comes from seeing that this does not have to be tolerated for another minute! Say NO to the ego and yes to a miracle, which means to decide to no longer invest in self deception about who you are.
