This is what contributes to feelings of "being ripped apart" or "anxious". All power comes from recognizing that the ego relishes these experiences. On the surface it will say - " I don't like feeling out of control" or "I want to feel more in control".

Yet this is a trick! If you look deeply to see the relishing of /desire for these feelings and admit that you do want them, it is the beginning to release these plays from where they are buried deep in the subconscious mind. The ego keeps the sense of separation through relishing the experience of feeling out of control. AND it relishes experiencing trying to feel in control AT THE same time!!

You cannot kill the ego, you need to transcend it

by seeing how it plays and no longer choosing to feel helpless to the play in consciousness. This is how the ego avoids spiritual awakening and enlightenment. If you experience feeling in or out of control know that you have taken a dive into the dream bubble of denial of Light and that you have the all power to back right out of it!! Instead of wanting the experience of feeling in or out of control, look to see that there is a desire for control as experience and see that the feeling is relished experience (by the ego)t! Once the subconscious desire for the experience of control and out of control is released, you will see that there is no such thing as control or out of contol, there is just peace, your natural state.

To see that control is an experience that is relished by the ego look deeply you will find that the ego believes the experience of control or out of control is happiness and power! This is how the world is upside down and backwards in the world of the ego We will look to see how the ego hides this desire to deny happiness deep in the subconscious mind and how to release the desire to relish the experience of control. Along with the desire for control there is always anger, and anger is always hiding something, a deeper looking to see what is true. For those who desire union with God as goal-sustained peace of mind that surpasses understanding, clearing this desired experience is essential. See that it is possible to release the desire for the experience of fearing enlightenment through miracles! This is a means by which the ego maintains the experience of separation and loss. This denial of truth is a form of self-torture. It is chosen experience yet we can cease to choose it. Jesus, the symbol of Divine Light within, tells us we have all the power needed to no longer accept this play of suffering in our holy mind.

Jesus, do I have the power to say no to this? Yes! See how much happiness comes from seeing that this does not have to be tolerated for another minute! Say NO to the ego and yes to a miracle, which means to decide to no longer invest in self deception about who you are.
